Our stores are looking for new team members who understand that at The Coffee Club we are serious about providing excellent customer service. So whether you're applying for a Shift Leader, Barista or Allrounder position at The Coffee Club you need to embody the following attributes:

A Leader - you lead by example, inspiring and developing your team to collectively deliver The Coffee Club standards.

These roles require applicants to have flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
