Chef de Partie – Post Office Club Hotel

Post Office Club Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

As the new owners of the venue, we're investing in our food offering, systems and team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef to work alongside experienced chefs in a busy, community-focused pub.

The Role

  • Run your section with consistency and attention to detail
  • Prepare and execute service to a high standard
  • Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Support junior team members and apprentices
  • Contribute to specials and menu development

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform under pressure during busy service
  • Passion for quality food and hospitality
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
