About the role

We're looking for a reliable café chef to run the kitchen independently, most of the time. You'll be preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast and brunch, managing prep and service, maintaining food safety, and keeping things clean and organised. Most of the time you'll be working independently, so confidence running a kitchen with minimal supervision is essential.

Key responsibilities
