About the Role

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at Long Chim. You will play a key role in daily preparation and service, working calmly and efficiently to produce high-quality dishes under pressure. Your experience will allow you to support senior chefs while contributing to the smooth running of all kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with fresh, seasonal produce across an evolving menu, striving for consistent excellence
  • Following established recipes and procedures, while contributing to menu development and recipe writing where appropriate
  • Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items from preparation to presentation
  • Assisting in supervising and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff

Skills and Experience
