Job Title: Chef de Partie

Location: Double Rainbow Restaurant (Ground floor at The Rechabite) Northbridge.

Salary: $76,515 - $82,000 per year

Four-day work in a week for a better work-life balance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- having prior experience as a grill chef or experience working on the grill would be beneficial.
- Prepare and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Help develop and plan menus.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
