Full job description

We are looking for a talented and reliable Buffet Chef to join our culinary team! If you’re passionate about creating delicious, high-quality dishes and thrive in a fast-paced buffet environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of dishes for daily buffet service
  • Maintain excellent food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Ensure buffet stations are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal buffet updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a buffet kitchen (required)
  • Strong culinary skills and understanding of large-volume production
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
