Pasta Chef (Chef de Partie) – Antica Dining

North Sydney | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Antica Dining is one of Sydney's leading Italian restaurants, proudly awarded a Chef's Hat and recognised with multiple national wine list awards. Located in the heart of North Sydney, we are passionate about authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional ingredients, and creating memorable dining experiences.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Pasta Chef (Chef de Partie) to join our award-winning kitchen team.

About the Role

Working alongside our Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will take ownership of the pasta section, preparing and executing a range of handcrafted pasta dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is passionate about Italian cuisine and is looking to further their career within a professional and supportive kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute all pasta dishes to the highest standard
  • Assist with the preparation of fresh pasta, fillings, sauces and garnishes
  • Maintain consistency, portion control and presentation standards
  • Ensure your section is organised, clean and service-ready at all times
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
  • Follow all food safety, WHS and kitchen procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during service

  • Previous experience working in a pasta section or Italian kitchen
  • Strong understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
