Full job description

We are looking for experienced Chef to join our restaurant in Strathfield NSW 2135. If you have a passion for a cooking exceptional food and interested to enhance your skills, then you are fit for this job. The successful candidate will be working in the kitchen with our team and will oversee overall food preparations.

Desired Skills:

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Ability to supervise the kitchen.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate food preparation and meal service.

· Cook all the dishes on the menu.

· Provide training to cooks and kitchen hands and evaluate their performance.

· Create new menu dishes.

· Checking and managing stock and order with suppliers as required for daily food performance.
