Nude Amigos Coolangatta is looking for passionate and experienced Chefs to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of Australia's fastest-growing Mexican restaurant groups, known for fresh food, great service, and a fun, energetic team culture.

About the Role

As a Chef at Nude Amigos, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy restaurant.
  • Passion for fresh food and quality presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
