[Izakaya DOMO2 in Melbourne CBD ] - Experienced Sushi Chef(Cold Food Chef)!!!

We are currently seeking a Cold Food Chef to work with a chef and our store team in Melbourne CBD.

What you will need:

  • Great communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • At least 1 year Japanese Sushi Roll Making, Nigiri and Fish Cutting experience in the Sushi T/A shop or restaurant.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Australian PR and AUS & NZ Citizenship holder Only

Main Task:

  • Making Nigiri, Sushi Rolls and Sashimi
  • Cutting fishes

About the Benefits

  • $85,000 ~ $95,000 + Super.

Expected hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
5-6 days per week,
approximately 45 hours per week, including weekends.
(plus reasonable additional hours as required)
Flexible roster, including Lunch, Dinner and Weekend(Mon-Sun).
