Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience as Chef.

• Must have experience in Australian cuisine and Australian work environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage the team effectively.
• Proficient in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong multitasking skills and initiative.
• Willingness to take the role of Head Chef. Understanding of kitchen safety standards and sanitary requirements, including equipment cleanliness and functionality.

Adherence to excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

Must be willing to work morning, evening and afternoon shifts.
