Chef

At GILL STREET DELI well known place in the Mosman Community we are looking for a full time (38 – 40 hours) skilled Chef to join our kitchen team:

Responsibilities

· Creating and planning specials and menus on regular basis;

· Monitoring and managing stock levels;

· Estimating food costs and managing the budget;

· Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food handling practices;

· Hiring, training and managing kitchen staff;

Requirements

· The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience

· A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.

Position: Full Time

Salary: $68,000 – $75,000 per year
