We are a passionate, quality-driven dining venue dedicated to exceptional food and great hospitality. Our kitchen thrives on fresh ingredients, teamwork, and delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our growing team.

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

  • Service Preparation: Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked with necessary ingredients, alongside daily cleaning, cutting, and marinating tasks.
  • Cooking & Service: Preparing and serving high-quality dishes while seamlessly coordinating with both kitchen staff and front-of-house wait staff.
  • Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all dishes meet our strict standards at every stage of preparation and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Checking the freshness of food daily and strictly managing inventory

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) is required.
  • Pizza Experience (Desired but not essential): Experience with pizza preparation and dough handling is not required, but would be highly ideal and a major advantage.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package (AU$ 60,000 - AU$ 80,000 depending on experience).
