About us:
The Dry Dock Public House and Dining Room is a premium hospitality venue delivering a high-quality and considered product and customer experience. Following a milestone venue renovation in 2023, we have quickly established ourselves as a standout Balmain dining and drinking destination for both locals and visitors alike.

The Dry Dock Kitchen is led by Head Chef, Ben Sitton, a highly respected and hatted chef with of over 30 years’ experience across industry leading venues. Enjoy working with new equipment in a state-of-the-art kitchen, including our feature Josper wood fired oven and charcoal grill.

The Role:
Reporting to our hatted Head Chef, Ben Sitton, you will ignite your passion for excellence in product and execution. Working alongside our senior kitchen team, you will support all kitchen operations and service aspects. Your contribution will be crucial in defining the service culture and guest experience.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of your section and kitchen, including, but not limited to, food cogs, a food safety program, and menu development.
Accountable for all aspects of section operations.
Responsible for delivering exceptional delivery standards and consistent products.
Responsible for kitchen presentation and cleanliness.
Ensures the venue is compliant, which may include completing HEM Safe inspections.

About you:
2+ years experience in a Hatted or premium venue.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
