Full job description

Caffe Cherry Beans leads the coffee business in Australia and has more than 47 cafes across the nation.

We are currently looking for a Full-time Assistant to work in Business Team at Head Office , Rydalmere NSW.

Your role will be supporting the team to ensure the business operate smoothly.

Duties :

  • Email processing
  • General office duties
  • Organizing meetings, Summarize minutes of meeting
  • Communication with franchisees, supplier
  • Undertake duties as required by management
  • Report to the General Manager with specific tasks and occasional projects
  • Occasional business travel required
  • Work well in team environment

About You:

  • Strong in communication, both written and verbal
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise competing demands
  • 1 years of admin experience
  • A positive, proactive attitude and professional approach to all matters
  • Exposure to business administration an advantage
  • Full Driver’s license
