Lead Educators Wanted – Join Our Amazing Team!

We’re looking for passionate Lead Educators to join our friendly, supportive centre at Kids Club Clarence St. In this role, you will help deliver a high-quality educational program while creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, confident, and valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in preparing materials and equipment for children’s activities, ensuring safe, engaging learning environments
  • Manage children’s behaviour and social development through positive guidance, emotional support, and respectful communication
  • Plan and conduct educational and recreational experiences that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
  • Entertain and engage children through storytelling, games, and play-based learning
  • Supervise children during routines and outdoor play to ensure safety and wellbeing
  • Support children’s hygiene and personal care, while teaching independence and healthy habits
  • Build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with the team

Desired Skills & Qualifications
