Make a real difference in the lives of children and young people in out-of-home care by joining our team as a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities

  • Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments

  • Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs

  • Collaborating on individualised care plans

What You’ll Bring:

  • Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate

  • Relevant qualifications, work or lived experience
