  • Help support prison intelligence operations in a fast-paced correctional setting.
  • Use your admin skills to prepare reports and handle sensitive information.

  • Fixed-term, full-time role until 12th July 2027, earning $62,104 - $79,753 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As intelligence support officer, you will support the prison intelligence unit at Hopkins Correctional Centre.

You will help keep records accurate, prepare reports and support confidential prison operations.

You will:

  • prepare confidential reports, records and routine correspondence
  • support the prison intelligence unit with efficient administrative services
  • maintain accurate records and data across intelligence systems
  • take minutes and prepare agendas for sensitive security meetings
  • work with prison staff to deliver timely support across the centre.

About you

You should have strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Experience working in a correctional setting or understanding prison operations will also help you succeed.

You should also have:

  • strong attention to detail and sound judgement
  • the ability to handle sensitive information with care
  • a flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills
  • the ability to work well with others and support team goals.
