Female Disability Support Worker – SIL Home | Campbelltown (NSW)

We are currently seeking an experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home based in Campbelltown.

This role involves supporting participants in a shared living environment to maintain their independence and daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support within a SIL home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care (if required)
  • Support with meal preparation and planning
  • Perform domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)
  • Support community access and appointments
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 6–12 months disability support experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in SIL or similar settings (highly preferred)
  • Valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
  • Own reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
