An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and highly organised Administration Assistant to join Kanda's NurseLed Support Team. Based in South Australia, this role provides essential administrative support to a dynamic national nursing team responsible for supporting participants with complex disability-related needs across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings.

This is a casual position averaging approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around days and hours for the right candidate.

About the Role
The Administration Assistant will support the NurseLed Team through a variety of administrative functions including:
  • Maintain staff training, competency, and compliance records
  • Prepare and issue training and competency certificates following RN sign-off
  • Coordinate training sessions, bookings, assessments, and participant scheduling
  • Manage nurse diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain clinical documentation, electronic filing, and record management systems
  • Support billing administration, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation activities
  • Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide general administrative and team support, including email and document management
About You
  • Demonstrated administration experience (ideally within healthcare, disability or aged care)
  • Experience with training records, scheduling, compliance, or supporting clinical/governance teams is highly regarded
  • Confident using the Microsoft Office suite and other web-based applications
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry and record management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
