About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the service while creating a positive and inspiring culture for your team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team of educators and leaders
• Creating a high-performing, collaborative, and engaged workplace culture
• Driving continuous improvement and educational excellence
• Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and all legislative requirements
• Building strong relationships with families and the local community
• Overseeing occupancy, financial performance, rostering, and centre operations
• Partnering with your Operations Manager to achieve business and quality objectives

About You

We're looking for a confident and authentic leader who enjoys developing others and creating exceptional outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care service
• A proven track record of successfully leading medium to large teams
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
• Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and mentoring others
• An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
