To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor of Social Work or related discipline.
- Experience working with families and children, ideally within the family violence or community services sector.
- Strong assessment, engagement and case management capabilities.
- Knowledge of child wellbeing, family functioning and risk assessment frameworks, including MARAM.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to child safety, inclusion and culturally responsive practice.
Why Join Cafs?
- Salary packaging benefits.
- Above-award benefits, including 3 days paid Christmas Leave annually.
- Professional development and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Reflective supervision and practice support.
- Flexible and supportive team culture.
- Opportunity to work within The Orange Door integrated service model.
- Meaningful work that contributes to safer, stronger and more resilient families and communities.
Ready to Make a Difference?
If you're ready to help children and families achieve safer and stronger outcomes through early intervention and integrated support, we'd love to hear from you.
