We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Employee Experience (EX) solutions within our Enterprise business. This role focuses on developing, commercialising, and growing workplace technology solutions for enterprise customers in the Unified Communications as a Service category, including offerings from leading partners such as Microsoft, Cisco, RingCentral, and others.

You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, building commercial models, driving go-to-market execution, and managing the product lifecycle. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Networks, Delivery teams, and external partners, you'll help create scalable, customer-centric solutions that deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the EX portfolio.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and commercialisation through to ongoing optimisation.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and portfolio performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, Marketing, Delivery, and Vendor teams to support solution activation and market adoption.
Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and commercial models for technology solutions.
Lead vendor relationship management, including roadmap planning, contract engagement, and go-to-market initiatives.
Support sales enablement through product training, collateral creation, and customer engagement.
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring solutions align with evolving customer needs and market opportunities.

Proven success managing business performance, profitability, and product outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.
A customer-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
