Chinese Fast Food Restaurant – Store Manager Recruitment (Mandarin & English Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store, ensuring food quality, service standards, and hygiene meet company requirements
  • Achieve store business targets including revenue, cost control, and profit
  • Manage store staff, including rostering, training, performance evaluation, and motivation
  • Oversee ingredient purchasing, inventory, and wastage control to manage costs effectively
  • Supervise food safety procedures and operational standards, ensuring hygiene compliance
  • Handle customer complaints and emergency situations to improve customer satisfaction
  • Implement company policies, promotions, and operational strategies from head office
  • Submit regular store operation and performance reports

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in Chinese cuisine or fast-food restaurants
  • Familiar with Chinese fast-food operations, cost control, and staff management
  • Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; able to work under pressure
  • Good leadership and coordination skills; capable of leading and managing a team
  • Experience with chain restaurant brands is preferred

Other Requirements

  • Must hold a valid work visa
  • Live near the store location or have own transport (able to drive)
