2. Competent English language ability for professional email, phone, supplier, and client communication;
3. Good understanding of Taiwanese and Chinese client expectations, travel preferences, service standards, and cultural communication styles;
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings, deadlines, and client requests at the same time;
5. High attention to detail when preparing itineraries, quotations, booking records, invoices, and travel documents;

7. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle enquiries, changes, and complaints professionally;
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment;
9. Proficiency in using email, booking records, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
Proposed tasks:

4. Notify overseas travel agents, group leaders, and travelers of confirmed travel dates, itinerary timing, meeting points, luggage or baggage limits where applicable, supplier deadlines, tour conditions, and any relevant health, entry, visa, or travel-related requirements affecting their Australian travel arrangements;
5. Provide practical information to overseas travel agents, group leaders, and tourists regarding Australian tourist attractions, tour availability, opening hours, booking procedures, group entry conditions, cancellation policies, and procedures for dealing with issues such as lost property, lost documents, missed bookings, or unexpected travel disruptions;
6. Assist with travel clearances and pre-tour operational arrangements where required, including checking supplier requirements, preparing passenger lists or rooming lists, coordinating group entry details, confirming special requests, and ensuring all necessary documents and booking confirmations are ready before the tour or service date;
7. Collect or coordinate payments from overseas travel agents or clients, prepare and issue invoices, and provide confirmed itineraries, booking confirmations, vouchers, hotel details, attraction tickets, transport information, and other relevant travel documentation to agents, group leaders, or travelers;
8. Provide information on travel-related matters where required, including travel insurance options, supplier terms and conditions, payment methods, cancellation rules, government or customs-related travel information, and practical payment arrangements for travelers during their stay in Australia;
9. Answer enquiries from overseas travel agents, group leaders, inbound tourists, and local suppliers, and offer suitable suggestions about Australian tours, travel routes, accommodation options, attractions, restaurants, transport arrangements, local customs, and service standards;
10. Provide brochures, product information, supplier details, and practical travel information on local, interstate, and Australian inbound tour products, including places of interest, optional tours, hotel options, attraction highlights, and destination information for use by overseas agents and travelers;
11. Discuss transport availability and costs with coach companies, transfer providers, hotels, attractions, overseas travel agents, and clients, and compare suitable options based on group size, itinerary timing, route convenience, supplier availability, traveler comfort, and budget.
