· Review and respond to customer feedback received both in-store and through online delivery platforms, investigate complaints promptly and implement appropriate corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable Food Safety Standards, Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, liquor licensing requirements and company policies and procedures.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, workplace safety and presentation throughout the restaurant.
· Liaise with senior management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increased operational efficiency and business growth.
