Full job description

Position(s) available:

  • Section Waiter

The principal responsibility of this role is to oversee and ensure guests are provided with the highest service standards. This position requires an employee to be willing to work in all aspects of FOH. Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining a la carte restaurant.

  • Bartender

Proven experience as a bartender, with a deep understanding of mixology

  • Food Runner / All Rounder

No experience required - fast learner, good memory and must be able to converse with the customer in a pleasing and well-spoken manner.

  • Food Service Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and proactive supervisor to oversee the venue's daily operations. If you have an upbeat attitude, good problem-solving skills and customer service savvy - apply now. No late nights and good tips.

  • A true hospitality professional with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a quality or high-volume establishment

  • Be available at least 1 day at weekends
  • Up to date RSA and any other associated qualifications
