Requirments:

Priority for application with Commercial Kitchen Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese noodle dishes according to our recipes and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and marinating meats.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and report any shortages to the manager.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
• Multi Task Ability to perform in rush hours.
• Dish Wash and Veggies wash

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting, preferably with Chinese and Asian cuisine.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork ability and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items .
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Enthusiasm for traditional Chinese noodles and a willingness to learn.
• Have basic understanding of Asian Food Taste
