SF Express Australia & New Zealand, as an important part of SF International, is committed to serving customers in both the Australian and New Zealand markets. We provide efficient and reliable cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions, international express, local distribution, warehousing, and third-party logistics (3PL) services. Our goal is to help enterprises expand globally and build efficient logistics bridges between China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and setup of office and warehouse facilities for new warehouse projects, including sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of operational equipment and supplies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of administrative procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  • Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office and warehouse supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to obtain quotations, arrange purchases, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on ongoing service requirements.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate day-to-day purchasing requests and ensure operational materials and equipment are available when required.
  • Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and other external stakeholders to support the smooth operation of office and warehouse facilities.
  • Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements, document management, filing, and office administration.
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase order administration, billing submissions, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support monthly reporting, expense tracking, cash flow records, and prepayment administration.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments and assist with process improvements where appropriate.

Job requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, office support, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Basic bookkeeping or finance administration experience, including invoice processing or expense reconciliation, is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and with external suppliers.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operational environments is highly regarded.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with local suppliers and overseas headquarters.
  • Holder of a full Australian driver’s license and able to drive small vehicles.
