About Us

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a Mandarin Chinese teacher for one of our clients in Adelaide

  • Reference ID: 1124417
  • Course Type: Specific Purposes - HSK3 level test preparation
  • Format: one-to-one
  • Total Hours: 100 (a hundred)
  • Session length: two hours (total of 50 x 2-hour sessions)
  • Location: at the student's home in Hahndorf, Adelaide 5245
  • Student: 48 y/o gentleman
  • Student Level: currently around HSK2 level
  • Schedule: twice per week, ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays mid to late morning.
  • Start Date: in September
  • Motivation: looking for structured, face-to-face lessons to ideally push me to a nearer early HSK3 level.

Ideal Candidate

  • Be a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
  • Have a valid work permit/visa
  • Live within 30 km of the specified location

Conditions

  • Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
  • Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
  • Freelance, part-time position
  • We are not able to sponsor visas
