Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Admin/Receptionist to oversee the daily operations of a residential building in the Eastern Suburbs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating with venue management, monitoring facilities, and ensuring a high level of service for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and external vendors.
  • Liaise with venue management to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Conduct routine testing of pools and other amenities and ensure they meet safety and hygiene standards.
  • Follow up on resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and manage waste disposal, including checking and changing bins as required.
  • Perform patrols of the premises to maintain security and safety.
  • Handle, manage, and distribute parcels for residents efficiently.
  • Maintain records of complaints, parcel deliveries, and facility checks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and scheduling maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for shifts that may include weekends or after-hours duties.
  • Strongly Preferred bilingual candidates who speak both Chinese and English.
  • Physically capable, as duties do include moving large waste bins.
