We are expanding rapidly and currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Collingwood. Position: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Collingwood, VIC (car park spot available and convenient transport options nearvy)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: $60- $65k annual salary plus Superannuation
Bonus: Generous weekly, monthly and annual bonuses/incentives when targets are achieved, on average potential of earning up to $150 paid out on a weekly basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack stock for customer's showroom and online orders
• Ensuring same day dispatch on deliveries
• Managing warehouse, consistently updating systems when new deliveries arrive
• Unpacking new deliveries and recording quantities
• Organise sending of freight with daily couriers
• Keeping detailed records of stock going in and out
• Working with DEAR inventory platform
• Administrative work, updating stock locations
• Stocktake
• Transferring stock between Sydney and Melbourne branches
• Steaming new arrivals samples for showroom
• Meeting set deadlines for tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be reliable and efficient, exceptional organisation skills
• Good communication - both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn
• Must be physically fit, as there will be manual moving of stock involved on a day to day basis
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and multitask in order to meet deadlines
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated individual with an ability to work unsupervised and independently, as well as be an integral part of a team

Experience/Skills Required:

• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word
