Full job description

We are seeking 2 professional and presentable Bilingual Event Staff to assist with guest services across two corporate events in Sydney.

Applicants must be fluent in Mandarin and English, confident speaking with guests, well-presented and comfortable working in a premium corporate event environment.

Event Details

Sunday 23 August 2026 – ICC Sydney

  • Start time: 10:00am
  • Assist with welcoming guests and distributing jackets
  • Hours may vary depending on event requirements

Monday 24 August 2026 – Sofitel Sydney Wentworth

  • Start time: 5:00pm
  • Assist with welcoming guests and distributing event sashes
  • Hours may vary depending on event requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Professional and well-presented
  • Friendly, confident and approachable
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable interacting with international corporate guests
  • Previous event, hospitality, registration or guest services experience is preferred but not essential

This is a simple guest-facing role and would suit someone with strong communication skills who is available for both event dates.
