The full-time Membership Specialist supports the onboarding of Crown Sydney members by delivering a customer-focused experience while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. As a frontline representative of our Membership team, you will guide guests through the membership application process, conduct identity and verification checks, and maintain accurate records in a highly regulated environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and aligned with Crown's values.

• Facilitate membership onboarding, including identity verification, membership applications, and relevant screening processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Accurately validate customer information and documentation while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

• Ensure data accuracy through diligent record-keeping, reporting, and system management.

• Operate as a trusted frontline representative, balancing exceptional guest service with regulatory obligations.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC and Privacy is advantageous but not essential.

About You

• Must have flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation, including day, evening and overnight shifts.

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, registration, rewards and loyalty, front office, reservations, reception, banking, financial services or hotel operations.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record management, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to work within regulated environments where compliance and accuracy are critical.

• Strong computer literacy with the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume frontline environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.

• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences, including probity and credit clearance.

• Proficiency in Mandarin or another second language is highly regarded.

• Commitment to peak trade shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one additional weekday.
