We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and in‑store sales performance across our Perth outlets. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing activities for our beverage retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Perth beverage‑dessert retail sector; identify local market opportunities and analyse consumer preferences, market trends and other relevant data to inform product positioning, product mix and promotional strategies.

2. Develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing plan proposals and integrated promotional campaign concepts aligned with business sales, objectives and promotional programs aligned with the company’s sales and business growth objectives, including new‑product launches, seasonal promotions and brand‑building initiatives.

3. Provide marketing advice to management on marketing‑mix elements including product positioning, pricing, promotional approaches, customer acquisition channels and distribution strategies to support the effective promotion of the company’s products and services.

4. Plan, coordinate and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media content, promotional materials, in-store campaigns and other advertising activities.

5. Coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials, including digital banners, promotional visuals, newsletters and other campaign content, and liaise with external agencies, suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.

6. Develop and coordinate digital marketing content, including scheduling and publishing content across relevant social media platforms and digital channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and product exposure.

7. Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives using campaign reach, engagement, customer response and sales performance data, prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

8. Analyse market and campaign performance data and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies, promotional activities and digital content to support customer acquisition, sales growth and the company’s broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is highly advantageous.

3. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on working experience in related position with comprehensive knowledge of PPC, SEO and consumer behaviour analysis, and proven capabilities in end-to-end marketing campaign optimisation and data-driven marketing.

4. Familiar with online e-commerce and catering ordering system operation logic, able to flexibly combine customer ordering data and industry characteristics to optimise digital marketing layout and channel allocation

5. Strong analytical skills, capacity to interpret market data and provide actionable marketing recommendations.

6. Result-oriented, rigorous and responsible in work, with rich experience in compiling professional marketing data reports and long-term project optimisation.
