Retail Assistant – Full Training Provided

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Mister Minit in The Glen Shopping Centre.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales
  • Key cutting and key duplication services
  • Engraving services
  • Watch battery replacement
  • Basic shoe repair assistance
  • General retail duties and maintaining a clean, organised store environment
  • Handling payments and cash transactions

Requirements:

  • Friendly, positive and professional attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and responsible
  • Willingness to learn new practical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Weekend availability is preferred
  • English communication skills are required. Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly regarded due to our diverse customer base
