Locations: Spencer St & South Wharf

About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at Vans for our Holiday period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
• Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers

Skills and Experience

• Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
