About the role
We have an opportunity for a Team Leader - Customer Service to be part of our Firearms Registry Police Prosecutions & Licensing Enforcement Command. The Team Leader coordinates and manages the activities of a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service with an emphasis on correct and consistent decision making in applying legislation and policy. The role works with other teams to ensure the delivery of quality, responsive customer services and the promotion of continuous improvement.
