Casual & Part-Time Wait Staff | MEZZALIRA Canberra City
Mezzalira is looking for enthusiastic and professional Wait Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team in Braddon. We have both casual and part-time positions available, offering excellent flexibility and a vibrant, supportive environment where you can deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests warmly, managing table turnover and processing payments.
  • Take orders accurately, maintaining strong knowledge of our menu, specials, and allergens.
  • Serve food and drinks professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high standards of table settings and dining area cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a wait staff or customer-facing hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, polished demeanour.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
