The Opportunity

We’re seeking skilled Civil Construction Labourers to join our team, working on major projects in Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking Civil Construction Labourers to carry out a variety of manual labouring tasks on-site including:

  • Preliminary Works: Assisting with site setup and preparation.
  • Pavement Construction: Laying and finishing pavements to specifications.
  • Conduits & Subsoils: Installing conduits and subsoil drainage systems.
  • Pit Rendering: Applying rendering to pits as required.
  • Fencing: Installing and maintaining fencing around work sites.
  • Drainage: Assisting with the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.
  • Finishing Works: Completing final site finishing tasks.
  • General Labouring: Supporting general site duties as needed.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Prior experience in the construction industry is highly valued but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
  • Physically capable of performing the role’s duties
  • A construction white card
  • Valid Driver’s Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
