Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of local experience in civil engineering within the construction sector.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of design resolution and on-site problem-solving.
  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prefer a chartered engineer who meet NSW Design and Building Practitioner requirements.
  • Prefer to have the ability to use Civil design software such as Civil 3D, MUSIC, DRAINS, 12D and AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Attending client meetings as required.
  • Introducing and implementing innovative initiatives.
  • Ensuring accurate interpretation of project design drawings and specifications with the management team.
  • Overseeing and verifying subcontractors’ scope of work.
