The opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for customer focused individual to join our third-party management motor claims team.

This is a rare entry level role into the insurance industry.

About the role:

• Identify suitable mobility solutions for third parties

• Collect necessary information to progress a claim and determine liability

• Provide a valued service to third parties, increasing satisfaction

• Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

• Improve QBE’s reputation to promptly pay valid claims and provide quality customer service

• Reduce claims life cycle

About you

• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment managing high volume calls.

• Motor insurance claims handling experience advantageous

• Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and upbeat attitude

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• The ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks
