Looking to start a career in recruitment? Have experience in sales, outbound calling, customer service, telesales, lead generation, retail, or hospitality and enjoy speaking with people?

Medacs is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Allied Health team. No recruitment experience is required - we'll provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and the support you need to build a successful and rewarding career.

You'll join a close-knit, high-performing team with extensive industry expertise and learn how to manage recruitment processes, build client relationships, and connect healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Learning the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Speaking with candidates and building strong relationships

  • Making outbound calls to identify and engage healthcare professionals

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases

  • Screening and interviewing candidates

  • Assisting with matching candidates to suitable opportunities

  • Supporting client relationships and learning business development skills

  • Maintaining candidate records and recruitment activity

  • Working alongside experienced recruiters and leaders who will mentor and develop you

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, outbound calling, telesales, call centre, customer service, lead generation, business development, retail, or hospitality

  • Confidence speaking with people over the phone
