The role requires you to;

• Maintain product knowledge of all menu lists to confidently advise and recommend
• Serve items with flair and professionalism, according to set standards
• Attend to customer requests quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain required level of cleanliness
• Show initiative
• Work closely with the Chef and operating team
• Maintain impeccable presentation and grooming standards
• Have a proven ability to connect with customers and anticipate guests needs
• Have a willingness to learn
• Have a fun and enthusiastic approach to customer service
• Ensure food safety and OHS obligations are met

It is essential that you are an experienced waiter having worked in a fast-paced restaurant. You must also have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
