The Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Melbourne, working across our luxury hotels: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade.

This is a guest‑focused, hands‑on role where you help create clean, comfortable rooms for our hotel guests. You will be part of a supportive team and play an important role in delivering a high‑quality guest experience.

No two days are the same, and full training is provided.

What you’ll do

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards

  • Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms

  • Vacuum and tidy rooms

  • Refill guest amenities and supplies

  • Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor

  • Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times

  • Work with your team to meet daily room targets

What we require

  • Availability to work part‑time across a 7‑day rotating roster, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability being essential.

  • Ability to perform physical work over 8-hour shifts, including standing, bending and lifting up to 15kg

  • Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
