Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering a positive and seamless patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
  • Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and recalls
  • Responding to patient enquiries and coordinating treatment schedules
  • Processing payments, HICAPS claims, and health fund transactions
  • Maintaining accurate patient records using practice management software
  • Liaising with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using computers and practice management systems
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
