About the role

Working within a multidisciplinary forensic mental health team, you will provide advanced psychological and psychosocial interventions targeting behaviours such as violence, stalking, intimate partner violence, fire-setting, sexually concerning behaviour, and grievance-driven threats or aggression.
About you

Utilise high level communication and negotiation skills with staff, consumers, carers/family members, supervisors, students, researchers, Non-Government, government and Private sector health and support service providers and other stakeholders to support comprehensive and individualised service delivery outcomes for consumers across the broader mental health service.
Maintain written case notes and prepare written therapy progress and exit reports and contribute to overall evaluation of service outcomes.
Provide clinical leadership and participate in the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of quality, service improvement and/or research activities that enhance the delivery of forensic intervention services, procedures and protocols that support the continuum of care, improve consumer care and contribute to the development of the multidisciplinary team.
