Join our Guest Experience Team

Spring Carnival is the most exciting time on the Australian racing calendar — and we're looking for experienced, high-energy Customer Service team members to join our casual team.

We want our guests to have a truly great day out. As a member of our Customer Service team you play a critical meet and greet role and are the primary contact point for guests throughout their day at the races. You will welcome guests, check ticketing, provide directions and answer their enquiries.

Spring Carnival race days

Shifts are available from August onwards, but you'll need to be available for at least 5 of the following race days (day shift):

• Sat 19 Sept – Royal Randwick
• Sat 26 Sept – Rosehill Gardens
• Sat 3 Oct – Royal Randwick
• Sat 10 Oct – Rosehill Gardens
• Sat 17 Oct – Royal Randwick
• Sat 24 Oct – Royal Randwick
• Sat 31 Oct – Rosehill Gardens
• Tue 3 Nov – Royal Randwick
• Sat 7 Nov – Rosehill Gardens

What you'll bring

• Have previous experience working with guests in a busy customer facing environment
• Have strong verbal and non-verbal communication and people skills with a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
• Be able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to learn key venue information quickly
• Have high standards of grooming and presentation
