  • Follow structured training modules before starting with students
  • Communicate professionally with parents and our internal team
  • Deliver lessons using our easy-to-follow learning plans and resources
  • Use our online platform to access materials, complete progress notes, and stay updated
  • Work flexible hours — perfect for those starting university or other commitments

This role is ideal for young people who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about learning.

Program Benefits

  • Full training provided — no experience needed
  • Flexible work hours (after school & weekends)
  • Coaching and mentoring from experienced educators
  • Great first-job experience in a respected Australian education company
  • Opportunity to gain leadership, communication, and teaching skills
  • Ongoing professional development
  • A supportive and friendly team environment

What You’ll Need

  • Availability for at least 5–10 hours per week
  • Recent Year 12 completion (or within the last 2 years)
  • Strong academic ability, particularly in Maths and/or English
  • A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
  • A Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)
  • If applying for in-home tutoring: a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
