Full job description
ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
- Full time yearly salary $76,154 + Superannuation
- 9 days on 5 days off, 10 hours per day
- Flights from Brisbane, Townsville or Rockhampton
- Immediate access to all onsite facilities, including: 2 Gyms, Tavern, Swimming Pool, 2 Sport Courts & retail shop!
The Position:
- Managing accommodation bookings
- Managing flight bookings
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Greeting guests at reception and service in small retail area
- General office administrative duties
- Occasional housekeeping may be required Assisting in onboarding new staff & setting them up in the system
The Person:
- Previous experience in administration with a Cert III or IV preferable
- Experience using an accommodation booking system within a busy hospitality / tourism environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs
- A team player with a professional friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills Ability to complete full Coal board medical with drug screen
