Full job description

We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our local regulars and new guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations on our daily specials and beverage offerings.

Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate clearly with the kitchen and barista teams.

Food & Beverage Service: Deliver items promptly and accurately, ensuring all dishes meet our presentation standards before reaching the table.

Table Maintenance: Clear plates, clean tables efficiently between seatings, and maintain a tidy, organized dining room throughout the shift. Payment Processing: Handle cash and card transactions seamlessly at the register or table.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Previous front-of-house hospitality experience is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read a table, anticipate customer needs, and engage naturally with guests.

Adaptability: A proven ability to remain calm, quick, and efficient during peak breakfast and lunch rushes.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset, always ready to support colleagues and jump in where needed.

Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
