About the Role:

Community Health and Integrated Care – CHS Dental provides a comprehensive range of public dental services to eligible members of the community. As a multidisciplinary service, CHS Dental delivers adult, child and youth dental care, including emergency and denture services.

We are seeking an experienced and capable Administration and Information Coordinator to lead our administrative team and support the efficient operation of the service. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide high-level administrative leadership, monitor service performance and activity, oversee reporting requirements, manage client billing enquiries, and support workforce and recruitment processes.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills, highly developed communication abilities, and experience working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. You will be adaptable, client-focused, and capable of analysing and reporting on service data, including key performance indicators, waiting times and activity reporting. A commitment to integrity, professionalism and continuous improvement is essential.
